Site Supervisor

CPM is seeking motivated individuals with electrical installation experience to supervise site projects.  Preferred candidates have experience with conveyor system installation and experience managing a crew.  Site supervisors are required to travel nationwide for various lengths of time.  Additional benefits are granted to site supervisors to compensate for travel expenses.

The following are examples of task assigned to Site Supervisors:

• Direct and train team members in proper methods to install, maintain, test, and repair electrical systems, equipment, or components.
• Supervise site employees on day to day operational task.
• Track employee time and attendance for assigned site.
• Ensure site employees adhere to company and client safety requirements.
• Ensure site employees adhere to company policy and regulations.
• Communicate with Project Manager to ensure project is on schedule and completed.
• Manage workload and materials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical industry.
• Journeyman Electrical License or higher
• Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems.
• Understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and other project specifications.
• Experience working with hand tools, power tool and electronic test equipment
• Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
• High standard of integrity and professionalism

Kentucky Master Electrician License Preferred
